Common questions
How do I join my club on PeloVelo?
Clubs manage their own members and roles in PeloVelo. If you can’t see your club, ask your club’s administrator or ride leader to add you. If your club isn’t on PeloVelo yet, your committee can register the club’s interest.
How do I become a ride leader or club administrator?
Leader and administrator roles are granted by your club, not by us. Please speak to your club’s existing administrators.
Who can see my location?
Only if you turn on live tracking, and only the other riders on that ride, from shortly before the start until the ride ends. There’s no tracking outside ride windows. You can switch tracking off, or set a privacy zone to hide an area such as around your home, at any time in Settings.
Who can see my phone number and personal details?
Other members never see your email address. When you lead a ride, the riders on that ride can see your contact number so they can reach you. Your emergency contact is visible only to your club’s ride leaders and administrators. Your birth month and year and gender are visible only to your club’s administrators. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I leave a club?
You can leave a club from within the app. When you leave, you can also choose to anonymise your past ride records for that club.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from within the app. If you no longer have the app installed, use our account deletion request page or email us.
I found a bug or have an idea for a feature
We’d love to hear it. Email info@pelovelo.app. PeloVelo is built from real feedback from club riders and ride leaders.
