You can request deletion of your PeloVelo account and personal data from this page, whether or not you still have the PeloVelo app installed.

What gets deleted

Requesting deletion removes your PeloVelo account and personal information, including your profile details, month and year of birth, gender, contact number, and any emergency contact information you added. You will also be removed from any clubs you belong to.

Non-identifiable ride statistics or historical activity records may be retained by clubs for their own record-keeping, as described in our Privacy Policy.

How to request deletion

If you still have the app installed, the quickest way is in-app: go to My Profile → Edit → Delete Account.

If you no longer have the app installed, or would prefer not to reinstall it, email us and we'll process your request:

Please include the name and email address associated with your account, and the club(s) you belong to if you know them, so we can find your account quickly.

We aim to action account deletion requests received by email within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity before deleting an account, to make sure we don't act on a request from someone other than the account holder.
